Lets keep this real, these guys suck, I called multiple times this morning and explained that I was in from out of town, needed to drive back to Seattle tmrw, have a platinum warranty, and had strange clear liquid leaking from back left wheel well - likely culprit being break fluid. They sent me to a service manager's Voicemail 2x and the second person I spoke with was extremly condecsending and rude when he assured me that "they would get back to me..." Let me start by saying I love Toyota and we have several vehicles, was told No loaners only rent ?? Finally got a rental after a struggle, after finishing my other appointment and making it back to service clearly the vehicle wasn’t touched. I recently brought our Toyota Sequoia in to Royal Moore Toyota for some warranty work, and overall the experience was excellent. We had an appointment scheduled, so they were able to get us checked in quickly and move things along efficiently. The service advisors were outstanding—they took the time to thoroughly explain everything that needed to be done, answered all our questions patiently, and really went above and beyond to make sure we fully understood the process and what was covered under warranty.
