Worst customer service! I bought my 2026 Camry here and simply tyring to purchase a replacment part has been a nightmare. No one picks up the phone when I call, no one returns multiple calls when I finally get through, I am never notified when part has arrived, and no one seems to know what is going on. Regret purchasing car at Royal Moore!
Mert Dileki was great. Very friendly and helpful in the process while browsing - definitely will return
Luis Rojas was trying to over charge me on things that were already fabricated in. And was unprofessional and rude.
