My driver's side window came off its track and wouldn't roll back up. I had already removed the interior door panel and tried to fix it myself, but I couldn't get it working. After years if getting my regular maintenance here, I had to stop coming after feeling scammed during my final visit. I requested an inspection in preparation for a cross country trip and it seems the manager (ray valero) took advantage. After the inspection he recommended i get a new alternator. I told him it was replaced just 2 months ago, to which he suggested that i get an 'official toyota' alternator. Lets keep this real, these guys suck, I called multiple times this morning and explained that I was in from out of town, needed to drive back to Seattle tmrw, have a platinum warranty, and had strange clear liquid leaking from back left wheel well - likely culprit being break fluid. They sent me to a service manager's Voicemail 2x and the second person I spoke with was extremly condecsending and rude when he assured me that "they would get back to me..." I wanted to give a shout To Michael in service, I made a huge mistake this morning and he not only find me a solution, but It was the way he handled it too - Very professional and gave me grace when I realized my mistake.
