Sales man. Jhone gendy. Not good & honest at all he give us very high entrest when we bought car . He is not at all helpful Sales man . He is cheatting us. Not honest at all . I advise any customers not to go with him and trust him at all .
The service department itself is very helpful and nice. The ladies at the cashier desk even went above and beyond and had to hunt down my advisor Micheal Lopez as he went ghost and didn’t bring them my paper work. Stayed at the dealership an extra hour after he said my car was ready. Idk if it’s just a long day for him or what was going on but that’ll be my last time working with him. The communication with him was poor
Very good service and very nice staff! It was a pleasant place to visit and they've done an excellent job!
I was very impressed by customer service from Candice and she helped us out with her both our cars we were able to make out a payment plan through sunt for my vehicle. I was very impressed on that always giving me heads up and information about our cars is very honest and you guys are very Helpful with everything that Claremont Toyota is supposed to do. Thank you so much.
