Very rude crew. There is some noise in my car and they try to charge me for diagnostics. And the advicer Cuong Dang want me to go back to the dealer where I purchased my vehicle. Come on. I just bought a new car and it’s under warranty. They only want to do the business which they can make money, they don’t care if you are under warranty or not.
The people here are quite nice but beyond that this is poorly managed. Appointment times mean nothing at this place. i made a 3 pm appointment on a weekday and thought it would be an easy 2 hours at most. Two hours in and they hadn’t even Checked my car- it was still parked in the back. I don’t understand why they make appointments if they don’t work on your vehicle until hours later- why can’t people just check in online and bring their vehicle in once you can actually work on them?
