Rude employee when I walked in because I couldn’t reach in time for my appointment and one guy appears and says since you missed your appointment we cannot take you so come back Monday even though there was no line at all. I mostly walk in for servicing and they always welcomed me but today that guy whose name I doesn’t know replied rudely and I’m their regular customer from 4 years but then good luck for losing one customer. Never going back. Worst customer service
All the people in the mechanics department are kind, helpful, and informative. As long as you make an appointment you'll easily get in and out to still enjoy your day.
Poor service. Service takes more time. I didnt take apointment. They took more than 4hr for oil change ( maintanence). I dont know about who takes apointment.
We received wonderful service from Ramiro at Fremont Toyota for our new Rav4. The check engine light kept coming on and Fremont Toyota found the problem and fixed it. We have taken our Toyotas to Fremont Toyota for many years and are very please with the service. We trust Ramiro's advice and appreciate his excellent service and care.
I've been coming to Fremont Toyota for service for the past 20 years. Most of the advisors are great -- but I had the most refreshing service experience with Nick Munoz and Adrian today. If you need to get your Toyota serviced, and you don't have a preferred advisor, I would strongly recommend either of these two. Nick worked to identify exactly what my car needed, and shared concerns that I should look for down the line.
