Service is incredibly slow. Appointment times are virtually meaningless--an oil change at 4pm should not take 3 hours. My initial appointment was for an oil change & smog check, and the tech who greeted me was visibly annoyed that I said smog check, despite it... being on my appointment request. As a result of my experience, if don’t want to wast your time and nerve stay away from this dealer at all costs. Almost 6hrs of my day was wasted because of this scammers and my layer confirmed that this is dealer fraud. I took my 25 rav4 with less than 2km for an issue with the driver side seat at 7 am. why does their website make it so hard to book a regular maintenance? The user interface is terrible
I recently visited Glendale Toyota for service, and while the facility itself is clean and organized, the overall customer experience left much to be desired. One of the biggest challenges is the wait time. Without an appointment, you can expect to spend anywhere from five to six hours sometimes seven to eight hours before your vehicle is ready.
