This review is mainly to highlight Raquel Eyre, who provided me with excellent service at this location. I brought in my 2016 RAV4 with a couple of different issues I wanted to get taken care of under warranty. They went above and beyond in several areas. The tech gave me feedback on something that was done at another body shop.
Excellent service
I’ve been coming here for 6 years, but it took over 2.5 hours for simple maintenance this time. Service used to be much better. I understand they were busy, but it felt like nobody cared. I hate to see this place go downhill. Two stars for the good people who helped me before.
Greetings to all the clients that we have Toyota, the service manager along with his work team do not know what they do in the vehicles, they are crazy since I took my car to Toyota for the brakes and they did not know what I had, apart from that they charged me $ 167 just for entering the vehicle and they never told me what it had, do not believe in those people or the work team, what they know is how to deceive people with lies, you have to file a complaint with the city authorities so that these unconscious people are rem... read more
