Excellent service!
Poor service overall. Last time we got an oil change here they stripped the bolts on the skid plate. They replaced it and took care of things. Just did our oil change again and they "didn't do a good fix last time" and had to order more parts to correctly fix it. They said to come back later in the afternoon. Oil change was perfect. Inspection report was perfect. In the three hours between oil change and coming back for service the check engine light came on and the catalytic converter coincidentally failed.
