Had a wonderful experience at Earnharts Toyota. Everyone was incredibly nice. Buying my new vehicle was stress-free. Ben was my salesman. He worked with us all day. I bought my Toyota Camry from Earnharts. Traded it in for a Toyota Rav-4. If I need another vehicle, I will be at Earnharts again! Great people! They do need a food court though.
Very friendly sales reps guided us to the parts department almost by a pure escort was very friendly offered us popcorn and drinks and the sales people at the service counter for the parts department. We’re also very friendly, cheery and helpful. They got us to the right parts provided us with the right information, got the parts to us in the same day and we are out of there. Very efficient very friendly would definitely go back.
I made an appointment a couple days in advance to get my oil changed. I bought a car here and with the purchase received free oil changes for a set period of time. My appointment was for 3:45 pm and was told that the wait was for 1.5-2 hours. Why make an appointment for an oil change if the wait is still going to be 2 hours. Would not recommend coming here for regular service. I am considering just going elsewhere to save my time and forgoing my free oil changes.
