I've had all of my cars serviced at this dealership, always make an appointment and normally out within an hour or hour and a half. This weekend there were probably 40 cars all scheduled at the same time. I was told they no longer make appointments but now it is just a reservation for a spot. Took over 2 hours for an oil change. I can go to Jiffy lube and be done in 15 mins. Why would I give the dealership my money and time if they no longer provide a good customer experience? Do better Earnhardt
Never seen anything as poorly run as this place. 40 mins idling inside their bay until an advisor talked to me. Then they said 2.5 hour wait for an oil change despite having an appointment. Then waited 30 mins for rental person to acknowledge me and then said it will be 15 mins to get a rental car which mind you is not a loaner I’m trying to pay for it. Just shining example of poor customer service. My other vehicle I’ve never spent more than 10 mins waiting for anything at the dealer. This place stinks. Oh I’m still waiting... read more
Lily S was so sweet during my service appointment today. I appreciated her kindness and help so much, she is truly the best!! I have come here many times before but never have I felt so supported by anyone else! She is the best!!!
