Everyone was welcoming and many jovial for a busy Saturday; the shuttle service was convenient, and the spread of refreshments and snacks was nice. The service team was informative and kept things movin. Generosity goes a long way be sure to tip your shuttle driver to and from the dealer. Tex would be so proud of the caring and compassion you folks still have for each other and the customer expirence and that "Ain't no Bull."
I really hate to give Earnhardt Toyota such a negative review now because I wrote a very positive review for the sales department when I purchased my 2025 Tundra. However, my service department experience was terrible. I'm giving two stars because the work was done quickly. However, we arrived for service at the scheduled time and were told to pull up to a certain spot and someone would be with us right away. Excellent service. I normally can wait around for oil changes during the week if scheduled ahead of time. Recently had an open recall on my Coralla Cross, I was able to drop it off and pick it up same day.
