My 2nd routine service appointment here at Earnhardt Toyota, my 10,000 mile appointment on my 2025 Toyota Camry, and GREAT, GREAT experience! Appointment was quick and an issue with a tire that would not have been covered, but THANK YOU! Andrew, Service Manager, for taking great care of my car and reinforcing why we come to an EARNHARDT Dealership/Service department!!! This is why we will always use Earnhardt!

Extremely organized at the Parts/Service department. Was there for a recall. Making an appointment is vital. If you don't, you run the risk of a 3 hr wait
This shop tried to severely rip me off! BEWARE! They will tell everyone they need new air filters, regardless if they do or not. I had literally just replaced mine and it was brand new. Their $190 diagnostic found it to be dirty... complete and utter crap. They tried to get me to drop thousands on "rear control arms" for my vehicle. Funny story, my vehicle doesn't have any rear control arms. They tried to charge me over $900 for an alternator replacement. That is a MSRP $190.45 part and an hour of labor.
