3.75 stars. I am relatively new to this city. My car is 2012 so this may just be bad timing. I e gone in for service twice now and each time left with a bigger issue. I do believe the first issue was just bad luck. The second Toyota Service took full responsibility for. It was scary (twice) but I was able to get my vehicle back in and they dealt with it politely.
