I knew there was some catching up to do on my car's maintenance, but have to say I am pleased by the treatment I received on a Saturday, no less. Brought in my SUV for an alternator replacement. When I spoke with my advisor, I was told I need to pay a diagnostic fee even though I told them I was 100% certain it was the alternator… fine. I get a call from the advisor telling me that the issue was the battery and not the alternator.
