By far the worst Toyota Service Center! I took my car there to have my front break pads and rotor changed and they totally messed up my car. Now my breaking system losses breathe, and my car makes a load noise which was never there before I took my car to them. I went to fix an issue and they caused me more troubles to worry about. Not sure their technicians are certified and well experienced. Its better to go to Mavis Tires and Brakes than go to this particular Toyota Service Center to have your car fixed. Mechanic was nice enough, but the service was entirely too slow. Went for a tire repair that they took 1.5 hours to come tell us it ended up busting during repair. To then tell us we must buy a tire, but they don’t have the brand my car uses, even though I purchased the car here? 45 min and $245 later my car was finally done.
I knew there was some catching up to do on my car's maintenance, but have to say I am pleased by the treatment I received on a Saturday, no less. They were so busy, but the level of communication I received regarding the process and the bill was amazing. It is clear the service department is a team and they work together to ensure customer satisfaction and flexibility.
