Don’t go to Toyota of Gastonia beware!! I went to the dealership, hoping to get my 4 runner repaired correctly. I spent $2,000 and was promised a one year warranty. Four weeks later, the noise came back. I took it back up there. And all of a sudden they needed hearing aids they couldn’t hear the noise. My 85 y.o. mother had a vehicle with a recall. She didn't like that there was NO handicap ramp to the customer lounge and the lounge was very noisy, it's like the speakers were set a full volume and people were screaming into them.
