Bringing all my Toyota cars ( Corolla, Camry and now Sienna Minivan) at this place since 1994. My initial service representative named Johnny died of cancer many years back. I still remember his honesty and genuine friendship over a decade. I have never serviced my Toyota cars outside this service place. Like this place and trust the service representative here very much.

I’ve been taking my vehicles to Toyota dealerships across Metro Atlanta for years, and this was one of the worst service experiences I’ve had. I brought my truck in and told them exactly what was wrong: the low-pressure Schrader valve on the A/C system was bad and leaking. I also explained that the system needed to be drained and recharged. Before handing the keys over, I told the service advisor very clearly to be careful when removing the low-pressure cap because it would likely spray oil and refrigerant. Plush seating, and prompt service. Had a recall taken care of, staff was polite and prompt. Arrived 10 minutes early, and time estimate was on spot. Waiting room had plenty of comfortable seats and one room with work cubicles.

I just wanted to share my most recent experience with Cobb County service while the service representative was extremely nice I was not too pleased with the condition that my truck was returned in. for starters there was slick smudges everywhere that the person had been during the service left on my vehicle, smudges all over the hood lip all over the side, and where his greasy hands touch the side pillars of my truck they could’ve at least wiped this back down when they were finished. I had a problem with the sensors on my car. I called my Toyota service rep. He told me on the phone what the problem was. And scheduled me to come in the following day. I've been going here for a long time and am very pleased with the service I receive.
