I waited over two and a half hours for them to replace two tires and when I got the keys back I noticed a chip on the edge of my wheel and I saw the technician chip it in the bay. They would not cover the damage or offer any credit. Ive been a loyal service customer for years and have spent thousands of dollars with them. I will not be returning, as I just had the worst service experience I've ever had. I will not recommend them to anyone either.

Went to get service for my tires and oil change, only for me to be stuck with a flat tire with a maintenance required sign 2 weeks later on the highway. I had to get Discount Tire to replace 2 tires for me. Toyota manager did not care, and was very rude. If you care about your life on the highway this is not the place for you.

Bringing all my Toyota cars ( Corolla, Camry and now Sienna Minivan) at this place since 1994. My initial service representative named Johnny died of cancer many years back. I still remember his honesty and genuine friendship over a decade. I have never serviced my Toyota cars outside this service place. Like this place and trust the service representative here very much.
