I have been getting my car serviced here since I moved to this area a year ago and I have had the pleasure of being serviced by Mr Cobb and he was great. Also my last service guy was Austin and he is exceptional! I like sticking to the dealerships for service because I want to make sure I have the correct parts for my car and I was it to run until the wheels fall off. I make sure I stay on top of maintenance. DISHONEST BUSINESS PRACTICES. Beware! Terrible first and last experience at this place. I was driving and heard a pop and then my car started making funny noises so took it to them for a diagnostic. They were very vague and told me I had “hit something like an umbrella” and needed to replace my lower control arm, ball joint and wheel. They quoted me over 1K for this. Great experience each time. Quick, polite. Waiting area quiet.
I went in for my first time in many years to have my Camry's oil changed. At first it was good. I paid, went to my car to leave and the driver's door had grease all on it, my glove box was laid out in my passenger seat, boot prints on the floor and driver side lower rocker panel cover, and the passenger seat was laid back. I would expect a reputable shop to return my car from a simple oil change exactly how I brought it in.
