Very friendly.
Horrid experience here and a total waste of money. Went in with worn out breaks and an airbag light that was on. On a toyota 4runner I had just barely paid off. Recommended repairs went on for pages. I paid to fix the brakes and the recommended fix for the airbag light being on, which was supposedly something with the seatbelt. Paid seven hundred dollars to fix the seat belt issue. The oil change service at Peterson Toyota is much more expensive than other places, especially compared to Edmark Toyota in Nampa, ID. I used to get my service done at Edmark for about $70–$75 per visit, and they also offered a package of 3 services for around $160. Today, I went to Peterson Toyota and was charged nearly $110 for just one service. Because of this price difference, I don’t think I will be coming back here for future services.
I bought a brand new camry in 2025. Have serviced it 2x. Both times my personal belongings have been touched and used. Wait time is insanely and unreasonably long and the car is returned dirtier with more problems. Almost like a 2yr old kid was in the car touching everything single button for no reason. Horrible and disappointing.
I went in for a oil change that they have been emailing me to come in for and charged me for a oil change and never changed my oil I know this because my oil filter I installed was still on there. I called to get this resolved and everyone including the manager told me to kick rocks. I live 1hr away and my wife sat there for 2hr waiting for the vehicle just for them to not change the oil. Go to edmark Toyota not this scam of a place.
