Customer service is top notch. Their body shop did a great job. Anthony in service was great, always kept me updated. Will definitely be back.
We are supposed to trust the dealership to bring your car in, but I am having second thoughts. I realized they sometimes try to make up things just to get their commission or what. I replaced my front breaks March 2024. This past October I had my tires rotated. I did ask specifically how the brakes are and they told me they are good. The front one are fine the rear might need a replacement. The guys in the service department are always very friendly and helpful. Got some pushback over warranty items so you definitely need to watch that. They kept my car for a few day, and they provided me with a loaner, which was great. But when I brought the car back to pick mine up, they started going through the car as I headed inside, before I’ve even gotten my stuff out of it. That was pretty unprofessional.

They always do a great job servicing my 08' prius! Still runs like brand new
