I was charged almost $600 for them to pull a code showing a misfire in cylinder 8 and confirm it was accurate BEFORE even starting to fix it. A coil and plug take two minutes to pull. 10 min max to test. Yet I was charged two hours of shop labor?! Crazy. I guess a part of that was a multipoint inspection which wasn’t clear. We are supposed to trust the dealership to bring your car in, but I am having second thoughts. I realized they sometimes try to make up things just to get their commission or what. I replaced my front breaks March 2024. This past October I had my tires rotated. I did ask specifically how the brakes are and they told me they are good. The front one are fine the rear might need a replacement.
