The service team was very friendly and kind. We went over the plan for my visit and parameters on when to call for decisions about work being done. I was assured that through the process I can see updates of the work and pictures to show what’s recommended and why. I explicitly made a note about not replacing the cabin or engine air filters. Went for the first time to see Jay Aviche who my friend had highly recommended. I had not been happy at another dealership and had put off maintenance for a while. Jay took care of me right away and gave me clear explanations of the service he felt was necessary and others that could be postponed. I really appreciated that he didn't try to upsell me on repairs that are not necessary as the other service center had.
