Toyota Santa Monica is a great dealership! Jay Aviche, my service advisor, is outstanding! He is helpful and honest and always takes care of me! This great service keeps me returning to Santa Monica Toyota.
Jay at Toyota Santa Monica was incredibly helpful, insightful and friendly! I highly recommend!
I called a couple of days ago and talked to Jay about an issue with my tires. He was super friendly and helpful on the phone and when I came in the next day, he was both of those and more. He got me in and out quickly and explained what the issues had been, as well as answering some questions about my hybrid Prius' engine. What struck me the most from this visit, however, was the genuine kindness he showed to me. I'm sincerely appreciative.
