I see why they have all 5 stars. When Enterprise don't honor their reservations and it seem like all hope is lost, James Or Krystal will be there to save the day. Very easy, no Hassel process. HIGHLY recommend.
Great place to rent a car, Kristal Rdg at rental department helped me to get car rental and everything was good. I would recommend getting a rental car from them.
