Great place to rent a car I’m not from here but I leave here now. I’ve tried all other rental places and Toyota rental here in Laredo have the best customer service and rental prices. I’ve been renting from them since I’ve been here going on 3 years. Mr. (James)has been absolutely brilliant as a representative of Toyota the best it’s been all love since day one. This is the only places you should rent from trust me they take great care of you.
This was a great experience with James Turner his service was amazing constantly communicating with me. The Tacoma Truck they provided was clean and user friendly.
Krystal and Mr Turner are a power house in the customer service área ! They are awesome and really go above and beyond in helping the needs of the customers
