Not one single time I've had a good experience. Won't price match online prices for parts. Once was told to place online order and it would be ready in half an hour and it was. Today I placed an order waited four hours and headed to the dealership and was told orders are not ready for 24 to 36 hours. When asked to speak with supervisor regarding this inconsistency, I was told there was no supervisor I could speak to. Will not be returning after this experience.
