They have done a good job for me. If they don’t stock it I usually get it in a day. LHM In SLC beats their parts prices by quite a bit. And shipping is free above $85. They used to match prices.

I found a nail in my tire after a trip down from Salt Lake. I bought the tires from Toyota in Draper because that's where a tow truck took the car after a blow out. I showed up early on Monday morning to the St. George dealership, first car in line, and they told me it would be 3 to 8 hours. Zero ability to triage a fix that takes 5 minutes. I ended up going to Burt Bros and they were slammed but fixed the nail within 10 minutes of arrival. Free of charge! Choose wisely when getting your tires.

We needed a part for our RAV4. The guy was very helpful in obtaining the part and getting us into service to get it installed.

Had to special order parts for my vehicle. The guys in the Toyota parts department order them and had them available within 3 days. I would recommend Toyota Parts Department to anyone and appreciate their exceptional Customer Service! THANKS GUYS
