I'm very satisfied with the service they provided during my visit, the staff at the parts & service department were very helpful & friendly.
I would give 0 star if possible. Not to the car service experience, but to the AI call agent “PAM” Worst AI experience ever, and on top of that, when i request to talk to real agent, it always goes to voicemail. Last week i left 4 voicemails, and no one returned my call. What the heck.

Subject: Extremely Disappointed – Long Delays, Excessive Charges, and Poor Workmanship I had a terrible experience at Toyota Abbotsford today. I had a confirmed appointment for 11:00 AM, yet my vehicle service did not even begin until 1:30 PM. Waiting two and a half hours past a scheduled appointment time just to start a basic service is completely unacceptable. The financial side of the experience was even worse.
