Honestly poor service. They've made mistake after mistake during services. Some examples include: - Improperly closing drain valves causing the oil to leak out of engines - Leaving out repair costs until the last-minute - Then saying they don't have said part and having to reschedule to a new day - Never being on time with their repairs (continuously called at the very end of the day after closing for multiple services) - Improperly checking engines during services - And when it does fail one month after a service, advising ... read more

Thank you for your reply regarding my review on the unnecessary recommendations. I will not phone nor ever return because of these practices. When unnecessary recommendations are followed the results are tires on the landfill that could still have been used, waste of lubrication fluids, a customer whose money has been conned out of the pocket, and a filling of the coffers of the dealer. If this is what you have to do to survive, an overhaul in business practice is required.

I had a 2023 toyota prius prime got it brand new from calgary. It had a 12v drainage on battery 5000kms in car was towed to their dealership. I drove 36k and had to tow my car in several times, yet issue was unresolved the service staff was very professional but i was very pissed about my car and i wanted to trade it in and they refused to take my car in, eventually it was a lemon the sales dept didnt want it either and i was told to contact the dealership i got my car from.
