Subject: Extremely Disappointed – Long Delays, Excessive Charges, and Poor Workmanship I had a terrible experience at Toyota Abbotsford today. I had a confirmed appointment for 11:00 AM, yet my vehicle service did not even begin until 1:30 PM. Waiting two and a half hours past a scheduled appointment time just to start a basic service is completely unacceptable. The financial side of the experience was even worse. Honestly poor service. They've made mistake after mistake during services. Some examples include: - Improperly closing drain valves causing the oil to leak out of engines - Leaving out repair costs until the last-minute - Then saying they don't have said part and having to reschedule to a new day - Never being on time with their repairs (continuously called at the very end of the day after closing for multiple services) - Improperly checking engines during services - And when it does fail one month after a service, advising ... read more
