I'm writing this review in the parking lot after leaving the parts department. If I didn't need them right now, I would have waited to go literally anywhere else. The parts cashier was super rude & tried to make me feel dumb for asking a question. I asked if someone could install them (something every other dealership does, including the one I used to work for), and he said everything has to go thru service for "installation." That's it.
