My bad. I left a negative review about having received a wrong part. I was just irritated because I was finally ready to do the job and was going to have to wait longer. Anyone can make a mistake though. Anyways, they sent me a full refund in the mail which is much appreciated.
Shipped me the wrong part. I ordered four spark plugs for my 2011 Camry. Three of them are right and one is wrong. If I had installed them without checking each individual part number I would have had problems. Plus it took forever for them to get here. It was a couple months ago so probably too late to return it for the right one. Didn’t open the package until I was ready to do the job. Guess I didn’t anticipate this type of a screw up. Purchased auto parts online, got sent wrong items had to pay for return shipping for their mistake. Item purchased did not even match the invoice, they blamed it on a automated vin checker compatibility when the item i purchased was already compatible why even make the changes ??? Avoid shopping here! Will be my last.
Three business days to dispatch parts on hand is absolutely unacceptable.
Cancelled my order days later saying they won’t ship the part due to it being a “high damage risk”, after having it listed as a shippable part. And looking at the site now they still have it listed as a part that can be shipped. Absolute lunacy. Wasted my time.
