Part was supposed to ship within a week. Took 17 days. Customer service in parts was terrible.
Ordered parts from their website (no mention of it being out of stock), and order gets canceled like 3 hrs later, with no email from them at all. Then place new order - gets cancelled again and a week later get a one line email saying part is ‘dicontinued.’
Always a great experience. Moe is knowledgeable and very helpful. They will even try to locate parts at another dealer if you are in a bind.
These guys are awesome. Mo and Rick are very helpful. I placed my order online and it was ready for pickup later that day. Thank you!
