Great Parts & Great Service!! I reciently purchased a Rav 4 & needed some accessories. Many local dealerships did not have the parts in stock. Capistrano Valley not only had the accessories in stock, when purchased Ruben helped me get them to my car & also explained how to install. Parts team went above & beyond to help. Thank you Ruben & team will definitely come back!!
Ordered a part. Did not know they are not the company that does the order online. 3 companies order parts via them. Part is list. Have the order number and they gave me the USPS tracking number. Part is nowhere to be found. They take no responsibility for it. Totally useless. Do not order from them !
My bad. I left a negative review about having received a wrong part. I was just irritated because I was finally ready to do the job and was going to have to wait longer. Anyone can make a mistake though. Anyways, they sent me a full refund in the mail which is much appreciated.
Shipped me the wrong part. I ordered four spark plugs for my 2011 Camry. Three of them are right and one is wrong. If I had installed them without checking each individual part number I would have had problems. Plus it took forever for them to get here. It was a couple months ago so probably too late to return it for the right one. Didn’t open the package until I was ready to do the job. Guess I didn’t anticipate this type of a screw up. Now I have to pay $24 for another one and wait at least ten days to get it shipped from ... read more
