I have used this parts department numerous times over the past couple years and it has always been "ok", but now it just plain sucks! I tried to order online some oil and gasket this morning for my oil change so I could come pick it up today... Well 4 hours later its not ready never got conformation and have talked with 2 different employees. They charge a premium price for OEM parts and offer zero warranty support on them. You are better off buying from an online OEM part seller that actually stands by their parts and supports a warranty.
