I visited this dealership for the first time. My purpose was to get the price and test drive the car before I buy it. The salesman, William Doody, wouldn’t even open the truck for me and I had to peak in from window. The least he could have done was be polite. What do customers have to do to be taken seriously? Never going back to this place again.
All I can say is bye bye Lia toyota hello Northeay toyota. 6 cars with Lua last vist we felt unappreciated.
