Brought my car in for first maintenance check and tire rotation at 5000 miles. no charge. Easy check in and done in less than 25 minutes.
Overall, I had a pretty good experience at Lithia Toyota. I brought my truck in for a strange suspension noise and the techs found my front suspension was cracked. The service agent submitted the warranty claim and got a lot of my suspension replaced within a week. The only reason I dropped a star is because the communication was lacking at times but it seems like they truly did the best they could. I will definitely be back in the future for my Tundra maintenance! Thanks Lithia Toyota!
Service appointment went well today. I really like getting a video of the inspection. It lets me actually see what the mechanic is talking about.
