I bought my Toyota RAV4 plug-in hybrid in Texas, but I was up here on vacation. I stopped by the dealership to use their free charger but could not make the car charge faster than 3.3 kW. After trying to get through the menus on my own for about an hour I went into the dealership and asked them for help. They had it all set up for me in no time flat even got a free donut and a cup of coffee, great dealership.
I called yesterday for an appointment to have my vehicle serviced. Toyota got me in the next day. My appointment time was at 2:30. When I checked in I was told it would take about 1hr 15 mins, so I decided to wait. 2 hours later I go to see what's going on and I can still see my vehicle in the waiting to be serviced area. I was told they were training a new crew so it is taking longer which is cool.
