Always good parts and customer service
Unresponsive. Put in an enquiry via their online form and they have not bothered to respond in several days. Phil Gilbert Toyota responded to my enquiry within the hour.
They seriously need an experienced parts interpreter. Probably not the right job for the young lady that attended my enquiry. Lack of knowledge but definitely has attitude. Kudos.
