I called to check that had a part I needed drove 30 minutes to go get it after I was told they had 3 of them. Then I get there to get it then he goes and checks out the back to get the part. Then says no we don't have it. What a absolute waste of time and fuel.
I dealt with Shaun twice for the spare parts -side mirror and headlight for my Toyota car and both times I was impressed by his quality customer service and care for the customer. He arranged the side mirror from Melbourne as it was unavailable in Sydney warehouse. He is very refined in his manners, I received courtesy messages when the parts had arrived from Shaun.
