Cole helped me with the parts and in ordering the unavailable ones. He is friendly and gave suggestions with regards to my car improvements.
Cole worked with me through the whole process, super quick, easy, and he’s a great guy to talk with overall. Nothing short of an amazing experience with the Toyota Parts Department!
I drove 40 minutes to pick up car parts I had ordered, arriving 15 minutes before the shop’s posted closing time. Despite the shop still being open, I was told that nobody could help me. It’s frustrating to invest time and effort into a business that doesn’t honor its own operating hours. It was a wasted trip and a disappointing experience. I hope this is addressed for future customers.
