tried to call in to ask some questions about a pay off. the guy who answered said there are so many ways of getting a pay off aside from calling them. said hold on. put me on hold. then hung up on me. bad customer service.
I made an assessment of the damage to the car there. Lovely staff, polite and very professional. Mr. Tom Heaton helped me a lot.
