They are really nice and professional here. When it was my turn the guy who helped me was helpful and nice. He was able to get my part delivered on the same day. When i went back to pick up my part, i was met again with the same great service from earlier.
Alex at the parts department always does a good job. Get that guy promoted. No complaints. Parts dept always busy, be patient guys. If they're busy it means they are good. High demand for their services means they are good.
No matter what day it is - The Parts Dept. hardly answers the phone - Hey I get it, your busy... But at least put me on hold, so that I know you care about my business. I can just imagine how many hundreds, or thousands of dollars a day this Longo Toyota Parts Dept. loses by not having someone just answer phones.
Great knowledgeable staff & facilities is state of the Art. Great Job LongO Toyota. You've earn my business. 👍💯👍💯
