Randomly cancelled my order after me waiting past the delivery date. Now my car can't be driven for another week while I wait for a more reliable parts vendor.
They are always very helpful, even when I tell them that it's a thought about buying a replacement part, but I'm not sure I will go through with it. (Sometimes, duct tape does the trick.)
Wish i could put a zero star.. Parts dep, absolutely sucks... they are always rude and seem like they don't want to deal with you, I own 6 Toyota vehicles, that have been bought and serviced through out this entire country and this is by far the worse dealership I have ever delt with.

Kudos to Alex at the Parts department. I returned a PCV hose that didn't fit my 4Runner, and he quickly found the right one. In turn, it was an even exchange. Great customer service. Thank you!
