I would HIGHLY recommend that you pay attention to what you are being charged for your services and what is actually being done. On more than one occasion my service engine light has turned on. When i call to make an appointment they assure me that the mechanic just forgot to reset the light, which turned out to be false. There actually was something that needed attention. All Toyota did was continue to shut the light off! Be careful when dealing with Lithia Toyota of Vacaville.
In my life I have purchased many vehicles but this by far was the best experience. I worked directly with the Sales Manager Carlos Ramirez, he made the process easy fast and painless, he offered me a deal of a life time(I was there to get and oil change) I strongly recommend the company and mr Ramirez.
I loved my Ocean Mist "blue" Rav4...my 1st brand new car. I never waited long when it needed to be serviced and I loved that the service dept. was open on the weekends. Most of the staff was always friendly and ready to help which is a plus.
