I had one of the most unprofessional and disrespectful experiences I’ve ever had at an auto service center. I came in for a simple oil change around 11:57 a.m., checked in right away, and was told to speak to a technician. From there, everything went downhill. The technician who took my car never gave me his name, barely spoke to me, and called me over using one finger, which was extremely disrespectful. Avoid at all cost!! Unprofessional. Have only taken my vehicle to them for service. Keep in mind it’s a 2024 so tire rotations have only been done by them and apparently they haven’t touched my wheel lock. But yet the packaging magically appeared in my glove box.
3 hours for oil change is crazy. They need to get faster
They didn't even look at my truck in 3 hours. I made a 7am appt and i was the first vehicle in the service line. The technician nick drove my vehicle back outside to the parking lot when they finally opened the door around 7:05. I asked why he did that instead of parking it in a bay. He said they might look at it today, they might not. He said he would call me if they looked at it today for diagnostic and i would decide what to do from there. I agreed. I went home. Love this place. I've gotten my 3 free services here since I bought my car from their dealership, and they never give me any hassle. I am not very knowledgeable on car maintenance, but they never try to sell me anything I don't need. Lovely people.
