Slowest Service. 3 hours to get regular maintenance on my 4 year old car almost every time I come here. I will be looking to switch to a different Toyota to get my car serviced.
Brought our new, 2025 Rav4 for it's first service and oil change and I was happy with the experience. My service advisor was Christian, a nice fellow who made it a positive experience, he understands what great customer service is all about. This is a busy service center, so I expected a wait, but it wasn't bad, they have a customer waiting area with coffee and vending machines. Recently, i had a HORRIBLE experience with a Toyota dealership in the suburbs; i took my car in for a routine oil change, and those shiesty crooks disconnected the release cable from my hood latch so it wouldn’t lock, and was trying to charge me $810 to fix it!! I knew that was wildly overpriced, especially when i looked up the parts needed and they came out to be 125$ and i knew what they had done to my car. Oil changes take a minimum 2 hours even with an appointment. Update: I went back to Toyota on Western recently for a brake replacement thinking it is best to go to the dealership...Well, a few weeks after the replacement the brakes make a high pitched noise for the first 30 seconds on the road. Pretty sure Midas would do the same work for less.
