Very disappointed with this Toyota branch. The lease contract I got from Marc was overpriced, even higher than market value. They took advantage of my trust, adding many unnecessary items to my contract. After 2.5 years, I’m still at a loss and now face penalties everywhere I go. I would never recommend signing with Marc — not a trustworthy person — and I regret getting my car from this location.
I had an awesome experience with Ali Yaseen leasing and financing specialist at Toyota On The Park !! He’s such a dedicated person and one (of his many qualities might I add) is that he’s most honest!! He isn’t going to persuade you to get something that’s not within your budget. He’s actually going to give you the right car that’s based on your needs and not on what he’s getting out of it.
