Drew Lake was my Customer Service Representative April 10. He was very honest and upfront about service being behind and wanted to know if I wanted to reschedule. I chose to stay. He did apologize. Within an hour received call and text about my tire needed replaced as it couldn't be patched where the nail was. He explained the invoice and showed me a picture that I had requested. Always 5 star service. Drew Lake does an exceptionally well job explaining the service that was done to your vehicle. They will always get my business !!!!
I've utilized the service dept for multiple years now. I have been really fortunate to work with the manager, along with multiple assistances with various issues. Most recently my gas cap wouldn't open and Caitlin was super helpful with getting it handled quickly and at minimum cost. It's also always a pleasure to work with Mike Wynn. He's has been very helpful and kind. Overall great support from this dept.
