Drew Lake was my Customer Service Representative April 10. He was very honest and upfront about service being behind and wanted to know if I wanted to reschedule. I chose to stay. He did apologize. Within an hour received call and text about my tire needed replaced as it couldn't be patched where the nail was. He explained the invoice and showed me a picture that I had requested.
