Never again. Somehow took OVER two hours for just an oil change. Was quoted one hour. Checked in after an hour and 20 minutes and was told “15-20 minutes”. I had to go out repeatedly and get a manager to be involved to finally get my car back. I never saw my service advisor again after checking in. Online tracker was not updated either.
Not sure why this place gets bad reviews, I’ve never had a bad experience here. I love my advisor Kirsten & I ask for her all the time! They’re understanding and sweet and communications never been bad. Sure sometimes you’ll wait a while for your car to be done but if you see the amount of cars that come in and out of that place maybe people would be more understanding. They’re awesome! A bit pricey I guess, but you get what you pay for. These are original Toyota pieces, not aftermarket.
Customer services really bad
This is the first time I write such a bad review. If you want to be talked to like a child and be gaslit into thinking that you made a big deal of your problems, go to Toyota York. The entire experience at this place was nothing but Sharrita being condescending to me, refusing to acknowledge my problems, and trying to minimize my worries and concerns.
