The Parts department is not DIY friendly. They quoted me 250% mark-up on a transmission filter and shaft seal. Lancaster Toyota was still a little over MSRP, but it was reasonable for a local dealership. I doubt I will return to Toyota of York for parts, service, or sales. I'm on my 4th Toyota and love the brand, but please don't take advantage of me because you don't sell as many parts as a Chevy dealer.
I've been searching for a car for about a year. After dealing with a couple different car dealers for a year and having to walk out of each one of them because of their deceptive practices. I called Toyota of york which was over 4 hours away from me ask him for the full price over the phone can I give it to me without hesitation. No silly add-ons no trying to make me buy vehicle etching Aura LoJack system for $2,000.
