This is the first time I write such a bad review. If you want to be talked to like a child and be gaslit into thinking that you made a big deal of your problems, go to Toyota York. The entire experience at this place was nothing but Sharrita being condescending to me, refusing to acknowledge my problems, and trying to minimize my worries and concerns. NO COLLISION REPAIR. Hit a deer. Just like hundreds of others this fall. Every collision center swamped so I was excited to see detailed description of their Toyota Certified Collision Shop on the website with an appointment available three days ahead. Except after waiting three days I arrive and they tell me they don’t have a collision center‽ And haven’t for YEARS? Nice people but someone should pay attention to their website.
