Recently called to make an appointment to get my 2013 tacoma state inspection. As I often did since I bought my truck at the dealership. I use to wait while my truck was being serviced. This time I was told I was not able to wait till my truck was finished. I am like what? She told me on the phone they will need my truck for two hours. They only do drop off appointments. Made an appointment for 12pm. Got here on time and they took the car immediately. It was my 15k mile check up. Told me it would take an hour/hour and a half. Took them a little over 2 hours. What is the point of the appointment time?
Had an 11am appt "dropped" my 2021 gr supra off at 7am. It is now nearly 3pm and nothing has been done. People have jobs and places to be 11am means car needs to go up on the lift or " serviced"at 11am the time of my appt regardless of dropping off or waiting for it. #bmwengine #bmwknowledge #4milesfromhome
