Refused to honor extended warranty for AC condensate no draining. Toyota TSB explains how AC chemical can block the hose and repair should be covered under warranty. Toyota wouldn't even look at it without paying $180 and said it was spiders. I told them I had tried blowing it out under pressure but they claimed it was a spider nest without even looking.
She has 0 concept of quality customer service. lol
Don’t come here Toyota of York pa service dept If you do 1. avoid Sharrita 2. Call Toyota corporate 800 number for help 3. Get everything documented
