I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessional service I received. My car was brought in for a scheduled, routine service (quoted ~1.5 hours) and went unattended for over 2 hours. When I inquired about when I should expect my vehicle to be ready, the staff said the car hadn’t been worked on yet and then went on to say that I was to blame for the delay. Fraudulent and Unethical Business Practices - technicians jumped the timing on my vehicle and replaced it with a faulty, leaking engine from a junkyard without my knowledge, without any documentation of their errors. The service advisor verbally disclosed this information, which is disturbing and has been reported to corporate. Avoid this facility at all cost.
