Please take a second to familiarize yourself with the maintenance schedule on your car. Toyota recommends you don't have to change the Hybrid oil until 10K miles but this service center did it ever 5k. (and charged way more than the average cost of the service in the area) Also, the managers there when I have been are very unprofessional. They correct employees in front of people instead of respectfully pulling them aside. And most of the time the employee wasn't in the wrong when I've seen it anyway

I can't say enough about the professional service I received from Ignacio Garcia, the sale associate at Toyota of Watertown. He was very fair and upfront when negotiating the price of my 2020 pre-owned Toyota Camry. He also went far beyond what I expected when it came to service once we struck a deal. I bought a 2017 Mustang from Ignacio and I had a great experience. When I arrived for the test drive, he had the carfax for me and answered any questions that I had about the car. He was very polite and helpful. A great salesman to work with.

Ignacio helped me purchase a car, straight forward and kind. Wasn’t pushy. Had the cars ready and warmed up for me on the coldest day of all time, I’d go back here to purchase another car when the time comes for me to get another vehicle.
