I recently went to Toyota of Tampa Bay Collision Center and had a great experience with the service and staff! When I first dropped off my car, the gentleman that I initially talked to went out of his way to call the rental car company (multiple times) to see if they could pick me up. Took my Mazda to get a bumper replacement and was taken care of by Saul Albanil. Saul provided absolutely *top notch* service through his communication, updates, and thoroughness to ensure that the service was done correctly and timely. Would definitely take my car back for body work. Keep it up Saul!

Saul reached out to me multiple times to let me know both what was happening with my repair and with his communication with the insurance company. He really fought for me with the insurance company to get a... read more
