Took my car for standard service with no issues but right after I left the check engine light came on. Brought it back to be diagnosed and when I got the car back I noticed about $10-20 and other belongings missing from my car. I checked my dashcam footage and you can hear the Toyota technician picking up all my loose change and going through my glove boxes as soon as he started the car. Spencer and Moe were awesome! I had an incident and they took me as a walk in. They were very accommodating and had my car serviced quickly. Thank you Spencer and Moe for all your help!! Highly recommend!
I went 5 months ago and the techs stole a pair of leather driver gloves out of my glove box. I went again this weekend and they again stole items from my center console. I spoke with management the first time and thought they would take care but this time a more valuable item was stolen. I will never go back.
