I do not recommend getting your car serviced here. I got an oil change and they replaced my tires which also required a tpms replacement. They don’t tell you the hidden charges such as a $70 shop/disposal fee and $160 tire alignment fee when you approve them to do the work. Make sure to ask them the out the door price or you will be misled and pay outrageous prices. This place is SCAM. Been there many times since I bought a pre maintenance package. I have a Lexus RX350, just needed check my engine oil level. Nothing else I needed unless I found an issues on my car. I always take care of my car with my mechanic place regularly so I know my car has no issues before I drop my car at Toyota Service to just get an engine oil change. These people do not know what they are doing they are only interested in stealing people’s money. They gave me an insane quote of over $5,000 in repairs but when I took my car to my mechanic he found the issue with my car with less than $700 in repairs.
Communication was bad. Oil change is 5 to 6 hours. Horrible!!!
Don’t trust your car with them, they are dishonest, don’t own up to their mistake and then go ahead and charge you for fixing the problem they caused! I went in for an oil change thinking my Toyota was in the best hands at Toyota (first mistake) they provided a “complementary inspection” with their over priced oil change.
