It was quick,
I took my 2025 Toyota Corolla Vin Number 5YFB4MDE4SP300711 to get service on 6/15/2026 as it was about due for its 10,000 mile service as the mileage was at 9528 as I had a week full of trips. Check in was quick, the only thing that they said was wrong was that the air filter was dirty. I was out the door within about 40 minutes. I was going to the mall and about 1 mile in on Cerrillos road I was on the middle lane (it’s 3 lanes) and my car had every error light come on and lost all power. Took my car in for an oil change and they didn’t tighten the drain plug like at all. Got home and woke up the next morning with about 50% of my oil on the floor and a bolt that came out with less than a full turn. I will never go back because careless mistakes like this could have easily cost me my car. You would think the dealership would be your best bet for good work but I guess not.
