Called to make an appointment for a new tire, a rude person named Madison had an attitude when first answering my call. She then could not schedule me around my availability. She was rude and incompetent the entire phone call. I took my service elsewhere. Please learn customer service skills.

Fantastic service!
Two stars for doing an oil change. But then was informed that I had a nest in my air filter cabin. I was than quoted by the female manager another $50 for an air filter and $40 for labor. And if I wanted the vents disinfected another $130. She said you may want this extra cleaning because of hantavirus. I went outside to look at the nest to see if their were live mice.
