Extremely expensive. Consistantly pushes service that is not nessecary. Have to argue for them to take accountability for mistakes. There are quite a few great independent shops in Santa Fe. This place is great for convenience, however.
I have nothing bad to say about the quality of the service provided by Toyota of Santa Fe Express. However, Madison, the person I spoke with regarding a missed call, was rude and dismissive for no reason. When I asked about the reason for the call (I was on another line when they called me), she neglected to provide any details.
