Took the car in for diagnostics for a persistent problem, took over four hours to get an outrageous quote, and the car was retuned with a wire sticking out preventing door closure and requiring a second visit the following day.
My husband and I came into Santa Cruz Toyota looking for a specific car, but Brent took the time to really listen and guided us to the perfect one. Santa Cruz Toyota Service parts department is the worst experienced. I called them no answer. No call back if they had a part in stock. So I drove 35 minutes to get to them finding out they don’t have the car part in stock. I was very annoyed and trying to avoid driving all the way over there.
Just say no to the Toyota Care Plus scam. They make tons of promises like a car wash and shuttle service that they don't provide. An oil change takes most of the day and is so inconvenient if you don't live close by.
