Customer service has gone downhill and road hazard warranty is worthess bought all tires from dealer and x1 had got a screw in tire so they wanna replace the whole tire in whi h messes with treadware and alignment i explained it just needed to be patched and they wanna try and. CHarge me 35 dollars for a simple patch job. Denied repair and took my tire to discount tire and had it patched for free
