Update: I received a call from the manager, Marc, and his dedication to resolving the issue had a positive impact on my experience. He had solutions to the issues I had expressed and listened attentively while showing empathy. I just came for an oil change. I got here at 9am, no app..waiting time 3hrs since it’s Saturday and a busy day ok I can take that… it’s 2:20 pm and I’m still here.. Ernie it’s great and he has a great customer service I even got a discount for my oil change..but 5 hrs and still waiting. I’ll never get my time back I’ve been patient all this hours.. got my car back with the tire light on.. and told them that I have to go and I’ll just bring it back some other day and they keep ignoring me.. this is so frustrating, I’m so di... read more

I went in for a 5K maintenance appointment. I explained to the advisor that I believe there is a problem with the seal on the back window because air comes in and it gets loud. He had an attitude and told me that it would take about four hours to diagnose the problem. I told him that I was not advised of that when I mentioned the problem as I was setting up the appointment a couple of days prior over the phone.
