Unacceptable service. I brought my Toyota in for a routine oil change and was told it would take about an hour, so I waited. After about an hour, I could see my car sitting in the garage ready to be returned, but no one came to notify me. When I finally asked, I was told the car was ready — but that additional services were being recommended. They proceeded with a coolant flush and recommended a cabin air filter replacement. I have contacted multiple McGovern dealerships about cars for sale. In all cases I get an immediate response from "Maggie", (Their auto responder bot) indicating the item is available. Then later I get a message from a real human sales person that the car is... "1. Sent to auction, 2. Out for repair or 3. Sold just yesterday." Imagine the odds... Yet those cars stay posted here on CarGurus days later. None of them were actually for sale. It is my opinion this is the modern version of "Bait and Switch." List autos with reason... read more
