No price transparency, no respect for the customer. They put the dusty mat on the back seat without putting any plastic bags under it. My back seat was full of dust and I had to get my car to a car wash. I was told that the oil change costs around 100 and I ended up paying 145! Almost 50% more than what I was told! I heard from friends that they are not good and it was proven to me that's the case! Avoid the hassle and get your job somewhere else.

My experience was definitely less than stellar. We had an appointment for an oil change at 11 am. When we arrived, they said it would take 3+ hours to complete. FOR AN OIL CHANGE. When asked why it would take so long they said some mumbo jumbo about my car being old so it has to go through a different part of the shop? My car is a 2023. Honestly it didn’t make sense. They quoted repairs verbally and those quotes are nowhere on the official paperwork i got from them. I think they mixed my car up with another because the stories between Mark and Marco don't add up. One told me they heard an issue in my tire while test driving and the other said they heard the issue while car was on the lift. I'm taking my business (2 cars) elsewhere
