I brought my car in for a diagnostic, and the experience was frustrating from the start. When I dropped off the vehicle, the service consultant wasn’t available to speak with me, no explanation, no guidance. They damage your vehicle, say they’ll call you and never contact you about it. No accountability on their part. Whole the vehicle was in service - I had to call multiple times to get an update. That was my first experience here. Very interesting.

I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation for 10 am on a Saturday. It took almost 3 hours and we never received any update from the advisor. We had to ask after 2 hours and was told another 30 minutes, but it was almost another hour. It’s crazy that there is not a more streamlined process for oil changes that have an appointment and receiving no update along the way really is poor customer service.
