Most expensive Toyota service department in the Metroplex. When I asked them if they would match Toyota Richardson and Toyota, McKinney‘s brake service special($229.99) they stated they couldn’t because they were the only Toyota in the metroplex that used OEM parts. I called the other service departments to confirm and they stated that they also OEM parts. Needless to say I left my 8:00 appointment and Plano and drive myself to Richardson. Carlos was amazing and delivered just the type of service you'd expect from Toyota. He represents the brand and the dealership really well.
No price transparency, no respect for the customer. They put the dusty mat on the back seat without putting any plastic bags under it. My back seat was full of dust and I had to get my car to a car wash. I was told that the oil change costs around 100 and I ended up paying 145! Almost 50% more than what I was told! I heard from friends that they are not good and it was proven to me that's the case! Avoid the hassle and get your job somewhere else.
My experience was definitely less than stellar. We had an appointment for an oil change at 11 am. When we arrived, they said it would take 3+ hours to complete. FOR AN OIL CHANGE. When asked why it would take so long they said some mumbo jumbo about my car being old so it has to go through a different part of the shop? My car is a 2023. Honestly it didn’t make sense.
