I had a very disappointing experience with Toyota of Plano’s service and sales departments. During a tire repair, I specifically asked the service team to be careful when removing the flat tire from my trunk. Unfortunately, my request was ignored, and my rear bumper ended up with large scratches. This was not my first bad experience. Edited 5/12/26: (The original review is notated below.) I had a significant repair that Bob was in the middle of completing. It was some minor damage to the front driver’s side that they had caused, but because it’s a pearl paint, to fix it properly the whole front end had to be repainted. It needed to be sent to Park Avenue Lexus for the paint work. Then, they replaced Bob. I only worked with Bob’s replacement three times while the paint work was being completed. If I could have chose no stars, I would have put negative stars. Talk about horrible customer service... this dealership has no pride or respect for their products or the customers. Please avoid the head ache and time go to another dealership!!! So sad to see a Toyota dealership act/respond to a long time (over 10year customer with over 6 car purchases).
