The Service Department has not behaved in a trustworthy way or like a professional should. When my car was under their care, they were not careful with it, and they returned it in a worse condition than when I took it to them. They do not take responsibility for what happens there. Terrible experience and I had to get rid of my car that I had originally planned to keep.
Tapped on view survey and there was no survey. Been going to Josh Johnson at Pharr Toyota for over 7 yrs. He has always been very professional, helpful and friendly. I always try to get Josh to help get my vehicle serviced unless it's his day off, someone else will help. On my drive home I noticed tires air pressure on screen, invoice says they were checked, they had all different air pressure per tire. Made an appointment and took my car in for a tire rotation on 3/21. After waiting for two hours without any update or anyone checking in with me, I went to ask about my car. Half an hour later I finally got it back. However, I went in with 2 hubcaps and left with zero hubcaps. I would like my hubcaps back please. Not a good service this time.
Unorganized and these people do not value my time. I show up at my appointment time, I wait patiently while the line behind me starts getting longer. I’m told my service advisor isn’t available so I wait while the other advisors give me the run around. I scheduled online appointment to avoid these inconveniences. I took my business elsewhere and was out in less than 30 minutes.
