I Want to think tat they are doing a good mechanical job. The bad things are: -They didn't check the car service's history. -When my car was serviced at 111,000 miles they registered 117,000 miles. They told me that they will correct it in the next service (I hope they did it). -Now I serviced my car at 117,786 miles and they register 177,786 miles. The worst experience thus far. Had my truck in for servicing on Saturday and was never updated by Enoc on anything and my vehicle was kept until Monday. I pick it up on Monday and drive off and truck still gives me the notification that maintenance is due. Been trying to call Enoc and the service department and unable to get a hold of anyone. Terrible service.
Beware of negligence. Experiences in the past 10+ years that we’ve been buying and servicing vehicles here have become negative recently ever since new management. I have never experienced issues like this til this year. All my vehicle servicing has been done here. I have a 2014 4Runner, I had just done a few months ago transmission fluid change, break flush, cooling flush, and a bunch of other things. do not handle service with eric oviedo, told me it would be a one hour to hour and a half wait and i ended up waiting for almost 5 hours. never gave any updates at all and when i asked him about my car he looked confused and was just talking with his friends.
