Safe yourself the time and stress of coming to this location. Noting but stress no help. Oh and to top it off had to Pay 226 just to get my keys back after no one told me anything.
I brought my 4RUNNER in on 07/27/2026 for an inspection. After the inspection all that had to be done was to replace the cabin air filter, the steering fluid, and the key battery. 5 hours laters and I was still waiting. We have have 3 toyota's and we love them. But I can't say I love Toyota of Pharr. I have NEVER been here for a service under 4 hours. So if you come here and wait just know your day is going to be waisted by this place.
I thought going to the dealership would be the best option for service being that I have a 2017 toyota tundra terribly disappointed, went for oil change,alignment, multi check inspection .. ..oil filter housing was leaking they didn't tighten it, alignment was 100 plus dollars was so bad steering wheel was tilted to the right had to go to another shop and pay another 100 for them to fix that mistake, when I picked up truck I noticed some oil stains underneath truck thought maybe they didnt clean it up but further inspection ... read more

I Want to think tat they are doing a good mechanical job. The bad things are: -They didn't check the car service's history. -When my car was serviced at 111,000 miles they registered 117,000 miles. They told me that they will correct it in the next service (I hope they did it). -Now I serviced my car at 117,786 miles and they register 177,786 miles.
