Toyota of New Bern is the best! Their sales and service team are top notch! Sam, Dan and all the other guys and girls there are wonderful. Never had a bad experience.
Beyond expectations for sure. Had an issue with tire pressures on my new BMW. No appointment, I just stopped by they got my car in with almost no wait time and adjusted with Nitro. And almost unbelievable but did so at No Charge. Highly recommend!
Came in for my 5000 mile service. Heather was super friendly and able to get me in and out in record time. Alex was super helpful for advice on maintaining and modifying the vehicle. Highly recommend for quality care.
