Arrived 15 min before my appointment. Scott greeted me and took me straight to his office. Checked me in quickly and efficiently. I’ve been a customer of New Bern Toyota for years. I had a routine service scheduled for today. Including tire rotation and replacing cranking battery. Along the way, the technician discovered a bad tensioner and worn out drive belt. Bought a new car, runs great. Had a few minor scratches from being delivered. Didn’t have floor mats in trunk to install inside car. Other than that everything was great.
