Very professional sales team
Professional and friendly service. Didnt take several hours for an oilchange. Thats 2 thumbs up in my book. Mr. James and service team took very good care of me. Will definitely be back.
They demonstrated a high level of professionalism. I felt like my vehicle was in good care . The turn around was a night and day difference from the Toyota shop in Odessa. I'll be taking mine to Midland for now on.
Had warranty oil changed, but they neglected to place fastening bolts on protecting plastic lining. After getting home, plate was damaged by street asphalt. Called service manager. No responce,I had to fix negligence of the proffessionals.
