He was thorough during the entire process, made sure I understood how to operate my brand new vehicle before I left the lot and I felt oh so comfortable that I made the right decision
Several months ago this garage told me I should think about new tires due to tread wear. Went to garage to talk about new tires, check tire pressure and fix lower bumper that had been dislodged. I had no appointment. They measured tread found that tires did not meet threshold where they recommended new tires. They added air to tires and took car back to the shop and determined I did not need a new part but with a little extra hardware secured the lower bumper. No cost for the visit.
Nice employees. Brought in my vehicle for its 10000 service. Simple, scheduling, easy to drop off and pick up.
I took my 2017 Toyota Camry in for service at this dealership. Before the appointment, my AC worked perfectly. After service, I was told my AC condenser was damaged by the hood latch and that I’d need $1,300+ in repairs. They tried to blame it on ‘prior damage,’ even though my AC was blowing cold with no issues when I dropped it off.
