My wife Kristine and I had the most amazing experience with the collision center at Toyota! Alex helped us through ever step and made sure to set clear time expectations and answered all our questions. It is not fun going through an accident like we had, but we were back on the road faster then expected. :)
Would not recommend. My car was in a small accident I brought it in with the front driver side wheel out of camber, they called me a week later to tell me it was done all they had done was fix the cosmetics and give me a new wheel. My wheel was still out of camber, I brought them out to look at it and they agreed. After that a new strut, shock, bearing, control arm were all replace as well as an alingment. This took 3 weeks, they'd replace one thing and then call me to tell me something else needed to be replaced. They blame... read more
