This is by far the most accommodating and helpful service center I have been to. All the advisors are really friendly and kind and provide great updates and thoughts on any issues with your vehicle. They went above and beyond ensuring I had the right rental vehicle to meet my needs, even swapping it out for a different one when my needs changed, while my car was in for extended service waiting on a part. I am officially fed up with the service center and their abysmal customer service. Every moment there you feel like you're being scammed, you see the walls plastered with promotions. Once they get their hooks in you with contact information, you'll receive email after email of promotions for various services.
