My wife went in for an oil change and some minor work. She needed tires, and they tried to push more expensive tires than what she wanted. After some negotiation, they agreed to price match to another tire dealer. She agreed and left the vehicle. Hours later they sent her the invoice which was hundreds of dollars more than she had agreed to. They had left off labor on the estimate. This is by far the most accommodating and helpful service center I have been to. All the advisors are really friendly and kind and provide great updates and thoughts on any issues with your vehicle. They went above and beyond ensuring I had the right rental vehicle to meet my needs, even swapping it out for a different one when my needs changed, while my car was in for extended service waiting on a part.
