I’m very disappointed with Toyota today. I always have a great experience until I took my car for service and one of my belongings went missing. I had left the item charging and they claimed they never seen it. If I went to the dealer with the item there how is it possible that it went missing. I’m not trying to blame the mechanic or the service guy but sometimes upon arrival other people grab my car and move it they are just service helpers. I went and had my car serviced 2 weeks ago. Rotating my tires was one of the things they did. And after giving them over $700. I am currently sitting on the side of the highway with one lugnut missing, and the others completely lose. Thank you Toyota. I'll be calling in the morning. And I'm NEVER going back to Lincolnwood Toyota. I wish I could do negative stars. This could have caused a horrible accident for me. SO FREAKING PISSED. Oh, and it midnight at that. With nothing around me.
